well guys and gals, how you all doing? I had a better week than last week! I have decided to stop keeping record of my food and just put down my weight every Monday! I know it helps for some people to do it but I think it's sometimes a hindrance for me because when I put it down and I'm low calories for the day I think I can have something else and then go overboard! So I may post pics sometimes of my food but not record it till I see which works best!
