Just quick update on my weight, after almost 3 weeks away I put back five pounds, before my vacation I was 79.7, I back 85 exactly, so I decided to do my fat fast for 3 days. Yesterday was my last day out of three days this morning I weigh myself and for last 3 days I dropped 4.3 pounds, which is good but I’m not full in ketosis so I’m gonna keep doing it for next five days with mimicking diet and let you know on the end of the week.
