Having a new experience...not being hungry. Just went to eat my lunch and started eating only to find that I wasn't really all that hungry and could only eat about half of it. So, I will just put it away until I feel hungry a little later I guess.

Be careful with not eating enough. It will get easier. I you eat too few calories you will put your body into stavation mode which will prevent you from losing.

I found that out the hard way. I got sick and really didn't want to eat, didn't eat enough and guess what slowed my system wayyy down.

Sometimes I have to push myself a bit to eat at least the minimum protein and my veggies.
