I went over 500 calories yesterday but I couldn't decide on grilled steak or grilled chicken so I had a little bit of both. My body felt like it needed more protein. I also had to substitute the regular lunch protein with a boiled egg because I ran out of pre-cooked food. I usually make my lunch in the mornings or the night before and this has worked out really well for me. Staying on track this weekend. Have 2 major dinner dates next week!!

FYI... please continue to keep me in your prayers with my Math at school. I did HORRIBLE on my first exam and probably failed it. I was really depressed all day. I HAVE to pass this Algebra or I have to take it over again. I don't want to do that. Please send good wishes and prayers.
