semangat awal diet!!! masih tahap penyesuaian gamakan nasi ^^

@ndyy kentang potong dadu direbus ditambah keju, ayam nya di kasi bawang putih lada garam dikit , tumis semacam sawi( gatau namanya krn saya posisi dikorea) , dan telur rebus 😂
