My first day on Phase one went pretty good. I did not eat any carbs that I know of, beside what was in my vegetables for my salad for lunch. I was hungry throughout the day, but I think that was just my mind telling me that if I'm on a diet I must be hungry.

Stick with it - you CAN do it.....eating three meals and a couple or three snacks each day WILL satisfy you after you get the carb cravings out of your system.....The first few days are the toughest.....after that, you'll be AMAZED at just how satisfied you are.....Kudo's to you for taking the steps to begin a healthier way of eating......huggies......

Good luck! The first 3 days are always the hardest for me ..3,4,or 5 .. after a week its easier. I find a little snack helps me out, and Im a sugar free jello addict, that helps. My head always tells me Im hungry..(haha) its psycological. so , maybe a bite of something you're allowed may make the cravings pass?
