@elgi kukusan tempe tahu n sayuran sedikit nyemil bakpia keju 2biji.. yakult,telor rebus, capcay 1 porsi,kripik usus hehhe.. oh ya ngemil kripik singkongnya inul dikit 😁

Kolestrolnya lumayan ya... Q kmrin sempet bersih trus kemasukan telur rebus 2 butir ajah, langsung 335 mg.... Klo 883mg tuh gimana....
