Well I finally had the courage to get on the scale after nearly 2 weeks of not watching what I was eating.. It went up two lbs.. but I am ok, I know I am back on track and the weight will start coming off again. I did not do a stellar job navigating the last 10 days of parties and stress. PERSISTENCE NOT PERFECTION!! Although I would take some perfection if anyone had some extra lying around and wanted to share. :)
