I woke two times during the night feeling anxious and afraid ... This was happening to me only during the months that my dad was ill and the year that followed his death ... The good thing is that I have gone through this before and I know that it is a temporary thing and it will pass and that I CAN DO IT. The bad thing is that this situation is putting me under a lot of stress and I really dont want to go through this again .... Anyway, I have a lot of good things to focus on and as for the bad, since I can not do anything to influence their outcome I should probably not let them bother me .... The weather is fine, the sun is shinning, I will be in my house tomorrow night ....
AND I KEEP ON LOOSING WEIGHT ....
