Absolutely LOVED my walk yesterday. I had to get my sons medicine last night and walked about 16 k there and back. Felt really good to get out - had my little radio(not very good sound quality but thats ok). On my way home I tried the running trick and found I was able to jog the length of three light posts(between them anyway) before I needed to stop to rest my lungs. It sure is different running outside than it is inside. My lungs are still damaged from the pneumonia I had a couple of years ago but they are getting stronger and I find that I can last longer than before. I think I will try to keep it at 3 light posts for a bit before I increase it any more. The sad thing is we are getting snow right now again so I am going to be locked inside again. I think I will try to do the wii again while my husband is working on his car. Maybe I can make the kids do it with me YES bowling.
I am still encouraged about the weightloss that I have had to date. It is actually very interesting to see how much your weight changes daily. I think that I might start looking for a pattern and see if I can play with that to my advantage. It's worth a try and I'm willing to try anything if it helps my progress. May long weekend is coming so I am trying to get 5 - 10 pounds off before that time. I think that I can do it because its still a month away.
