Good day. Cant say i followed diet exactly because Sunday we only eat twice. Late b/fast then Sunday raost! But i still reckon it adds up to about a normal days calories. Its not really very GI also but you cant be perfect all of the time!
Another beautiful bight, sunny day. My walking buddie and i got out for a training walk. 10 miles - it took us about 2 hours 50 mins. so we still need to speed up a bit but there is too much mummy gossiping as our kids call it. It does mean the walk passes really quickly! My leggs are a bit tired now and ive the start of a big blister on the sole of my left foot, but i still feel great! (note to self- investigate socks!)
I am really enjoying the walking i feel sooo good once its completed. Only going once a week just now but will upgrade to one long walk and one short walk once the clocks change end march.
So its onwards and downwards guys!!!
