ga laper nih, segitu bt makan besarku sekali/cemilan hehe, kasihan tubuhnya klo cm kalori yg masuk segitu, badan untuk beraktifitas normal g ngapa2 jg bth kalori sekitar 1200-1500(BMR rata2 wanita).. makanlah diatas BMR jgn siksa diri. rugi sendiri nanti
