Hi Everybody. I was wondering if anyone knows about whey protein powder and if it is something that people on Atkins use? I am diabetic and looking for ways to counter the milk I need to drink at night. Thanks

I recently tried whey powder. I bought a sample pack to try all the flavors. I would suggest optimum nutrition. Each time I only have a 1/2 serving. I don't really know why, I guess I get a lot of protein in my diet regularly. I was taking it every day and learned that was not a good idea. I had to take colace too. So now I just use it when I need a treat and my husband is having ice cream or I see my protein looks low for the day.
