Waaaaaay off track after traveling for the last five days. First day back at work, and I overslept and couldn't make it to exercise class, plus there were all kinds of goodies at the office and I was stressed and felt powerless to say no. I'm starting to feel like I will never get this right and never reach my goals. :(
