🙋♀️ 6/19 早餐:無 午餐:荷包蛋+木耳+高麗菜+青江菜+白飯 晚上:紅99火鍋 晚上與同學到紅99聚餐,我點套餐,只能盡量點比較無害的東西(蔬菜湯底+冬粉+高麗菜+青江菜+白蘿蔔+蕃茄+豆皮+蟹肉棒+牛肉+蛤蜊5顆+鯛魚片3塊,還有甜點仙草)以及不點火鍋料,雖然不太會算這餐熱量,但反正一定爆了⋯⋯😢
