I'm not doing well 😒 have cheated badly the last 2 weeks. father's Day I ate double my calorie intake maximum. I have so much to lose.

I know the feeling. I think break your weight loss in small portions example aim to lose 5kg and another 5kg after that. If you look at how much you've got to lose it becomes daunting and your mind mess with you that you can't do it.
