Think of your body like a car, if you don't put enough fuel in it, it's not going to work. Just eat healthy fair, such as more protein, fruits and veggies. Many times people will lose more when they eat more. Plus, the more you eat while losing, the more you get to eat while maintaining. Play around with your flex points and see what works for you. Don't be discouraged about one weeks weigh-in, it's what happens over a period of time that counts. Good luck!
