well, i'm actually turning my exercise points into food this week cuz i'm always hungry (well for the last 3 weeks or so) and now i'm nervous about gaining this week. oh well, i guess it won't be the first time and my leader told me i should really use some of my exercise and allowance points.

Think of your body like a car, if you don't put enough fuel in it, it's not going to work. Just eat healthy fair, such as more protein, fruits and veggies. Many times people will lose more when they eat more. Plus, the more you eat while losing, the more you get to eat while maintaining. Play around with your flex points and see what works for you. Don't be discouraged about one weeks weigh-in, it's what happens over a period of time that counts. Good luck!
