早餐:無
午餐:菜脯蛋+荇菜+高麗菜+絲瓜+紅蘿蔔炒蛋+白飯+每日C柳橙汁
晚餐:握便當(黑胡椒烤雞腿排)+茶葉蛋*2
點心:麗巧克巧克力威化蛋捲1根

好想吃甜的,所以多了柳橙汁跟蛋捲,蛋捲真的好好吃阿😂
本來想試試看重訓,發現社區健身房的啞鈴公斤數不齊全,好重拿不動⋯⋯⋯再想想怎麼辦⋯
