alwaysalwayshappy's Journal, 27 Apr 10

I had a lousy sleep yesterday night, my back aches, my neck aches, I fell dizzy, I am feeling very very tired and I fell like I am going to kill someone today ....
Hopefully things will be better later in the day ....

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling yourself today. I will be sure to steer clear from your path though. Like anapdc said - you should reward yourself. Maybe a manicure or pedicure? Those are both relaxing.

Every day that you wake up on the right side of the grass is another God given right to a better day. It's what you do with it that matters.

When the days are tough (and they get tougher every day ...) I tend to forget that all the other things in life, apart from health, are just that, THINGS!!

It is easy to get wrapped up with whats wrong. We could all benefit from finding the rights and enjoying those. Remind yourself of your accomplishments and just how wonderful you are. The rest will no longer feel that important.
