I've noticed that when people who seem supportive in my struggle affect me in a negative way. I don't think they're being supportive when they accuse me of not "trying hard enough". What does that mean? Does that mean that losing 5 lbs in a month isn't hard enough or that not breaking a sweat when you work out isn't hard enough?
I get extremely proud of myself when I've lost 1 lb, why can't they do the same? Although, at the same time, i don't want to have to announce what I've lost to the world. Anyway, somehow i have to not let this get to me because when it does i turn to food for support when it only gets me in trouble.

On a happy note...
I just noticed there's a Diet Calendar here. That's great! although I'm terrible at writing down what i eat, but this little thing is a great idea. Quick and straight to the point. I think it will also help me see how much energy I am putting into my body.

5 lbs in a month is plenty reason to be happy! don't let them get you down!

Well, 1-2lbs a week is considered healthy weight-loss, so you're doing perfectly fine and everything to be proud of. So if you get people trying to tell you again that you're not trying hard enough... just remind them of that! ;o)
