We're watching my mom's dog until she's back from vaction on Monday, and with our 2 dogs it's hectic at our house. I didn't do my workout this morning because I didn't know what to do with the dog, he will whine and bark if I leave him in the kennel or outside, but he'll make messes in the house if I just leave him out, so I gave up this morning. I'll get my workouts done this weekend, so I can make up for some lost time. My ENT visit yesterday left me frustrated. He says that my vocal cords and the surrounding area are red and really swollen, and he thinks it's from acid reflux. I've been tested twice for acid reflux and have been told that I don't have it, so I don't know what to think. I'm going to take the meds though and hope it helps my voice, then I see him in 3 weeks to see if I'm better. He also said along with the meds, not to eat after dinner, and that's hard for me. It's hard to break a habit you've had forever. I've always eaten a snack around 7:30 or 8 p.m., ever since I was a kid, so I don't know how I'm going to combat this. I know it would be better for me anyway not to eat later, but I don't know if I can do it. Sigh... I guess I need to come up with a plan. TGIF!!!
