One month in China and 2 (ok 3) kgs up. All the food is different, the supermarket is vast, everything is fried and it has rained solidly for 30 days. It's hard to stay on track. Been back at the gym since last week and now that im learning my way around, trying to cook healthy dinners at home and make healthy choices when we eat out. Here goes!!
