Klo hewani: telur ayam, telur bebek, telur puyuh, susu, dll. Klo nabati: semua olahan kedelai, bisa susu kedelai, tahu, tempe, kangkung, sawi, semua yg berdaun hijau.. atau bisa juga minum suplemen namanya whey protein
