I use the george foreman grill sometimes or the toaster oven. I use the heck out of the Mrs. Dash seasonings and I found a cajun style seasoning that is salt free. It's spicy, but it jazzes up the fish. I have developed a taste for shrimp. I like to take a tomato and chop it up, some sliced zucchini and a bit of onion heat til tender. Add the shrimp and heat that up and use my portion of dairy and sprinkle some low fat mozarella cheese on top. I play with the seasonings for flavor.
