I did eat a lot last night! But I am fine with the scale. As long as the total calories got controlled, I can reach my goal in the long run.

質量守恆啊。進去多少就在身上多少。但是不需要的最後會排掉。我吃完晚餐,又喝了不少水,比白天起床重2.8kg.
