Well, I made up with the treadmill last night. I was mad at it for screaming at me for the weekend. Actually avoided the room it was in, out of sight, out of mind... but we are back together now.I feel really good this week and have been trying hard to just stay focused. I have up'ed my mental goal from hoping for 1lb loss at weigh in on Friday to 1.5-2lbs. I truly feel good that I can do this. I do need to take in more water as I have slacked a bit and up'ed my diet coke intake... not good, I know. I am working hard to hit that stupid 200 number on the scale by next Friday.... I have to do it....I will do it....
