Caranya sama kyk tumisan biasa kok..
Bahan:
- Sayur seadanya (kalo aku pake wortel, buncis, tauge, labu siam) wortel dan labu siam diparut kasar
- 1buah sosis
- 50gr dada ayam
- air secukupnya
- 1sdt olive oil
- 2siung bawang putih
- 1buah cabe
- 1sdt saus tiram
- 1/2sdt totole
Cara:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukan bawang putih dan cabe tumis sampe wangi.
2. Masukka ayam dan sosis lalu tambahkan air.
3. Masukan sayuran lalu bumbu" yang ada.
4. Diamkan sebentar hingga air meresap lalu sajikan.
