I have been following this diet today. Not perfectly. I always start slow. However, I can just FEEL that there is possibly some weight loss already. I can feel it in my clothing. It's amazing!
I have been really sticking to the proteins today, but have noticed that my tummy feels very full, almost gassy. I will watch for the next little bit because I have a hernia and I have to be careful that I don't get too gassy because that can be very painful....
