Yesterday I had a huge project to work on for my Nursing A & P II Class. Spent most of my afternoon working on it, and when i finally finished I had zero motivation to cook dinner. So, I went online and hunted down nutrition data from the local chains to find something to eat. found a tasty low carb entree from Long John silvers, their "Fresh side grilled Tilapia" (1carb), and 2 sides of green beans. (they are very small)
Afterwards...i was still very hungry. So, i peeled all the breading off of fish fillets I had bought for the family and ate one of those. I wish there was some way I knew what the carb count would be for one of those. As tempted as I was to eat the breading I resisted and just ate the fish.
Hope I didnt blow it by doing that. Guess I wont know till I weigh in.

You could try looking up cod and see what the carb count is for however much you ate. If you don't know, just make a reasonable guess.

One of things that has helped me over the last six weeks is a ready and plentiful supply of atkins shake. I have a supply at home, at work and in my car. If I am going to go anywhere for more than an hour I stick 1 in my purse. The thing about a very low carb path like we're on is there is no reserve -- . I have found that I have better able to maintain and resist path breakers.
