Back to no voice again. I've had no voice again since Sunday and now I'm just feeling run down. I still have an appointment with the ENT for Thursday, so hopefully we can get to the bottom of this. Out of the 24 days this month I've had my voice for 7 and it's been gone the other 17 days. I'm sure the day I have my appointment my voice will come back, but I'm still going to see the doc.
I haven't done any exercise since Sunday because of feeling so run down, but I want to try to do something this evening. We'll see how I feel. I always eat horribly when I don't feel well too, so I need to watch that. As long as I can work, it seems like my eating is better because I don't eat so much junk while I'm at work. I really need to find some good comfort food that is good for me.
I am so frustrated!!

I tried baked califlower (sp?) the other day and it was actually pretty good...it kinda had the crunch I was looking for when I crave chips...I just lightly seasond it with salt/pepper. I've seen recipes for carrot/sweet potato chips as well.

Baked califlower sounds good. Did you use any oil at all when you baked it?

I used olive oil, which maybe isn't the healthiest I suppose lol

I usually don't crave chips and only eat about 1/2 a serving when I have them, but the baked califlower would be good for those salt cravings. I'll have to try it. I just did zucchini sticks which weren't crunchy inside, the breading was a little crisp, but they were just what I wanted salt wise and so yummy.
