Well Well Well I never thought that a new mind set would get just as much of a result as dieting alone. I am very happy that it seems I am back on track. I think that I will follow exactly the same thing for next week and see if it makes a difference there as well.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
