So monday again, and hopefully i get back on track this week again.
Went off the wagon completely friday and saturday.

But started this wonderful day with coffee and then a breakfast containing lowfat youghurt, honey melon, two crisp breads with turkey and cucumber and some multi-vitamin juice and another cup of coffee. All in all 400 calories so far.

Going to get 15 minutes on my cross-trainer today (only managed 10 minutes earlier attempts) and theb get the house cleaned.

Tomorrow i get back to work after three weeks of holiday, so i guess it is now my "real" test will be. Time to see if i can resist the cookies and sweets in the lunchroom.
