My heel pain I get at times feels like plantar fasciitis. However, it is the muscles in my legs getting too tight and pulling on that arch. Try really stretching leg muscles and that glute especially if you work out.

If you’re only eating 1000 cals that night cause the stall?? Eat more fats! It sounds weird but it will help you lose to eat more fats! I know from experience 🙂

Tabbigurl That might be the problem. I should have done my stretches when I got home. I’ve been really careful/ afraid to do too much cardio for fear of a flare up.
Momma I’ve been eating a little more than that but I couldn’t eat nearly all day yesterday
because of work. I’m sticking to 75% fat everyday. Should I go higher?

More water maybe? And maybe sneak in some portable on plan snacks you can eat quickly if busy at work so you won't get stuck eating so little, if you think it's something you can do i mean.
