You can do it! My daughter could not fit in a size 14 wedding dress. 3.5 months later, she fit into a size 8/6 dress beautifully.
Routine:
Light weight-training for 30 min
Cardio- interval training for 25 min 5 days a week.
(the last 2 weeks before her wedding, we worked out twice a day)
Clean diet...
1300 - 1800 calories.
Eat 5-6 meals a day before 8pm
Ezekiel Bread, grilled fish / poultry, multivitamin
Green smoothies with natural sweeteners & berries as much as you want.
LOTS OF WATER
Appetite suppressant (Konjac Root)
Lipo 6 (fat burner)
Get sufficient sleep - otherwise you won't trim down because of the stress.
