I finally broke a goal. I slipped below 215. Knowing my body this means it will bounce back up tomorrow. Then my body will go through a cycle. Of gaining and losing. A look at my journal shows just how frustrating this is.
97.3 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
