I have it:
Breakfast 2 egg whites 1 piece of fruit (no banana/watermelon/pineapple) or 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed juice
Meal #2: 1 cup of sliced fresh fruit (no banana/watermelon/pineapple)
Meal #3: Small salad (veggies only) w/ 3tbsp low-fat or fat-free dressing
Meal #4: 1/2 cup beans, lentils or chickpeas 2 servings of veggies.
