Hmmmmmmm How interesting..........

A pound in one day - I'm thinking I need to really go to the bathroom because even with my little cheat last night a pound a day is not possible unless I ate 4500 calories yesterday and I know I barely made my RDI soooooooo.

That's Ok though This daily weigh thing seems to really be working for me as I tend to keep my calories and food intake at a better level ideal for weight loss. We will see what tomorrow brings. The real weigh in day is on monday and that would be the day that I will go by. I do however, like to see the daily difference but I can't be fanatical about it because then I'm just causing more anxiety and stress for myself. Stress is bad for any weightloss and this needs to be avoided so for now I will just look at the differences and be amazed that it can change so fast.

This rain and weather is playing havoc with my daily walks and I'm not liking it too much - try again tonight
