Tomorrow will be the two week weigh in for phase one. Alittle nerves, looks like I am losing about .5pd a day which is good but like everyone else wish it was more. Haven't felt to good last few days(head cold) finding it hard to motivate to work out, just headed that way but felt light headed so decided not to. Last night was hard eating wise. Ate a burger with turkey chili(no bread) before work then brought with me a salad with some chicken breast on top, a pork chop with stemed veg. some penuts to munch on, and string cheese and still felt hunger after twelve hours of work, and I seperated everything by a few hours. Have three new goals in mind for dates. One is in April taking a cruise with family and want to look great(took on in Oct and wished I looked and felt better) Two my sisters wedding in June and Three a second cruise with my boyfriend in the fall again. Is it unrealistic to thinking I could drop abut 24 pds by Cruise one in April, I am already about 6 down?
