Hello All,
I had been tracking my calorie intake on www.livestrong.com/myplate. My goal is not to exceed 1350 calories (net) daily. I am no longer tracking my daily calorie intake but I think I have gotten the hang of things and can basically look at something and know that it will or will not push me over my daily intake. I started working out (mostly walking) on April 1st. so far I have lost a total of 9lbs!! I am excited about the progress..I still have another 10lbs to go as my goal is 135lb. I chose 135 because it was a weight that I was at only two years ago and I was extremely comfortable with that weight. Hope all is going well for everyone else. Keep me updated..
