Well we took the kids fishing today. When we had not caught but one fish three hours later, we decided to go and look at some near by caves. It was a very steep walk up to look at the cave. I was feeling it for sure! I was wondering what the heck I work out 3 times a week for if I can't even walk up a hill with my family! Anyway I made it and I am glad we went. :)
