Okay--switched from Abs Diet to WW--I know WW works because I did it 5 years ago and lost 30 lbs....my, how it found me so easily! I have way too many excuses to NOT watch what I eat and NOT to exercise...it's time to put up or shut up...someone posted "being fat is hard, losing weight is hard, pick your hard"--and it struck a note with me! Although i despise writing down EVERY thing I eat, I know what I'm SUPPOSED to eat and what I'm not....I also know I've got to make myself exercise to feel better!
