As I read other peoples' journal entries; I want to encourage you to stay on track. Just remember everything you do is a building block. I am on the Fat Smash Diet - Detox, stage 1 (9 days). Whatever diet you are on, remind yourself that it is temporary. Each phase you learn something new and get to EAT something NEW in the next phase. That could be your motivation. Also, having a friend (or this site) helps too. Good luck to all!
