I am back, but just recording what I am eating so that I can see the truth. It is hard to look back at my journal and see how strict I was on the Atkins and now it's hard to give up grapes, juice, potatoes, etc. Honesty and recording my food is about all I can commit to right now. Hope everyone is doing ok. I really miss talking to everyone, but the diabetes and infertility stuff got so intense on top of work and other stuff going on. I guess we always have excuses for why we eat more and exercise less though. Peace....
