I am back, but just recording what I am eating so that I can see the truth. It is hard to look back at my journal and see how strict I was on the Atkins and now it's hard to give up grapes, juice, potatoes, etc. Honesty and recording my food is about all I can commit to right now. Hope everyone is doing ok. I really miss talking to everyone, but the diabetes and infertility stuff got so intense on top of work and other stuff going on. I guess we always have excuses for why we eat more and exercise less though. Peace....

Have you tried carb cycling. It's when you have alternate the amount of carbs you eat each day. Some are low days and others higher. Google "carb cycling" for info. It might work for you.
