Vecasimic, my calories are just equivalent to 1 meal and a half, so about 500-700 calories! And i find iT too little but i Can not Eat more as my stomatch size reduces a lot and i need time to sleep. My main focus is to drink enough water in order not to feel thrirsty in the day ( i really duslike the feeling)... slowly the craving for food Become less and less. Oh one important trick , i never complain about being hungry and i keep myself busy in the day to distract my mind.
