aku sahur tahu 200gr dan tempe 200gr (itu protein sahur pertama? besok kl gk mayes rebus dada ayam 150gram untuk kebutuhan protein itu di hitung 0.8-1xBB (untuk aktifitas sedang) atau 1-2xBb (untung aktifitas berat misal olahraga seminggu/latihan beban)
