so i had a bad week last week. so busy with work, just eating when i find the time and snacking. i am trying to talk my self up, that i can NOT let one week put me down. i can start right now, be back on track. i don't want to let myself down, or anyone else. it almost feels as though i worked so hard and i kind of ruined it.
