Had a mango smoothie and a ham sandwhich on Wednesday to fuel up for my soccer game; i think I'm retaining carb-related eater bc i think i've been good about having a strong calorie deficit. The next few days will tell.
Also, i think my sodium consumption is high... I had a bad leg cramp in the middle of thenight. Gotta consume more potassium!
