So, my legs were sore for like 3 days!!!! And today is upper body, I'm kinda of nervous :) But excited at the same time. I'm ready to see change!

The bf challenged me to lose 20 lbs in 2 months, by 17 June. If I can lose the weight, he says he's gonna give me $100. i have to get the weight loss moving!!! It's already April almost May and I don't thini I really done anything but gain weight.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to going to the gym today.

The workout was great. I'm gonna be feeling it in these next few days. But its worth it. Tomorrow is cardio, guess I'll just be walking the dog. I've always decided that I'm not getting on the scale for awhile. Like 3-4 weeks. Food intake was pretty good for today. Ate 5 meals today.
