Wow...Imagine my surprise when I jumped on the scale today! I hit my goal almost! The funny thing is I thought I might weigh a little more as I made a protein shake with banana and almonds butter at 10 the night before as I did not get enough protein with dinner. I still have some muscle soreness from my lifting session on Tuesday and know my body is in build and repair mode so it used it right up as I slept. Right on track!
75.0 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 3.8 kg a Week
