Haven't done a journal entry for a while. Even with my progress I've been having a difficult time finding energy and motivation. I'm going to work on that.
I'm going to get in touch with my GP to see if this has anything to do with my thyroid issues. I suspect that it does. I'm going to ask her to switch be off of the synthetics.
I downloaded a BMI calculator on my phone. Apparently, I am no longer classified as Obese I! My BMI is 28.4. It hasn't been that low since high school. I'm still overweight, but I'm going to work to fix that.
